How to Lose 10 Pounds in a Week Safely!

Losing 10 pounds in a week isn’t easy.  Not even professional athletes can do this easily, nor safely.  The best way to approach weight loss is a steady, patient approach.

1) Get the weight loss supplements you need.

2) Drink a LOT of water.

3) Eat small meals, throughout the day.  Up to six meals per day.  Refrain from carbs or fats.  NO DESSERTS OR SNACKS OF ANY KIND.

4) DRINK A LOT OF WATER.

5) Exercise in the morning when your stomach is empty.  Run/jog at a slow pace for at least 30 minutes.
