Losing weight isn’t easy. Gaining weight is. I’ve been on both sides of the war, and I’ve lived to tell the tale. Read below to find out how I came across the BEST WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT.
My name is Jenny and I’m a 26 year old receptionist. I’m pretty normal. I grew up in a Northeastern city. I did okay in high school. I had a couple close friends. I was never SKINNY, but I wasn’t fat either. I got accepted to a decent college in Boston. That’s when I got addicted to food.
Everyone has their own reasons for getting fat. Some people don’t exercise enough, some people are too busy. My problem was food. Sometimes, after a stressful day at the office, I could come home KNOWING that there was something in the fridge to greet me, to make me feel happy. I didn’t do drugs or drink alcohol. That was just my way of relaxing, calming down.
And before I knew it, people were looking at me with disgust. Even I began to notice myself getting really chubby. It’s not like we didn’t have mirrors in the house. But something inside of me said “it’s okay, don’t worry–you’re not fat.”
Finally, one day it hit me, square in the face. No wonder I have no boyfriend. No wonder my friends look at me with pity and disgust. I’m FAT.
For a while, I didn’t know what to do about it. Actually, I began to eat MORE after this realization. I know other ex-fat friends who say the same thing. Sometimes, when you realize your fat, you tend to get lazier, or tend to fall deeper into it. That’s what I did. I felt like there was no hope. I wasn’t athletic. I wasn’t about to start hitting the gym and run 3 miles everyday. I was just a normal, college-educated project manager at a small publishing company in the city.
I’m not Cindy Crawford. I never will be. But fat?
After months of fruitless worrying and killing myself over my weight, I was beginning to think that there was no “best way to lose weight,” that everything out there required either too much work or too much money. The best way to lose weight? A myth, I thought–and I just kept eating, and getting fatter. There was no real end in sight.
Then, about eight months ago, browsing the internet, I found something that changed my life forever. At first, I thought it was the ANSWER to my weight problem. But no. It was so much more than that. It was the answer to my friends problem, my self-esteem problem AND my love-life problem. It was the answer to my happiness problem. That’s right: the answer to my happiness problem came down to finding the best way to lose weight.
I’ve tried MANY methods that all claimed they were the best way to lose weight. I’ve tried pills, diets, exercises and EVERYTHING short of surgery. Nothing worked–not the way I wanted it to. I was just normal Jenny, looking for a natural, simple and sophisticated way of losing weight.
What I found was the best way to lose weight–plain and simple. It’s a formula that is gaining a LOT of steam on the internet, and in gyms and fitness centers all across the country. It’s not only all-natural and FREE, it’s the educated, SMART way to lose weight without surgery, without crazy exercises, and without breaking the bank.
If you’re going the weight training and exercise route to weight loss I’d suggest reading the information about weighted training vests at Pythagorean Health. They’ve also got plenty of other the gear you need to get in shape fast.
For dieting, the Hungry Chick Dieting solution is a good route. One short book and you’re on your way to a slimmer, skinnier you.
I was living life, thinking everything was normal. I thought being fat or even chubby was okay. And most of all, I didn’t have any hope that I could FIX it. But I DID–and it was EASY. And my life is so different. My boyfriend Paul looks at my body in awe, I feel confident at work and my friends RESPECT me for my life change.
But you need to take action. It’s not going to work on it’s own. I lost 30 pounds in 2 months. You can too.
